Mennolt is Co-founder and Managing Partner at Kula. Previously, he served as a managing partner at Deloitte and sat on the Deloitte North West Europe Executive Committee. He holds a postgraduate degree in Accounting from VU University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant/RA.

Head of Operations

Parfait is Co-founder and Head of Operations at Kula, based in Johannesburg with his wife and child. After completing his accounting articles at Mazars Cape Town, he joined Makosi before founding Kula in 2022. Drawing on experience in accounting and advisory across South Africa, the US, and the EU, Parfait excels at building systems that connect professionals with their dream opportunities. A problem solver, he forges opportunities for others to thrive. Having worked across multiple markets, he is dedicated to bridging the gap between talent and organizations in need. Beyond work, he devotes time to volunteering, exploring diverse cuisines, and offering insights on leadership, growth, and workplace culture. He remains curious and agile, always pursuing innovation while forging collaborations that spark creative solutions and drive positive change.

Pieter Crous

Head of Delivery

Pieter Crous graduated at the University of Stellenbosch (BAccHons) and qualified as Chartered Accountant. He is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. Prior to joining Kula, Pieter worked as an auditor in South Africa and The Netherlands, amongst others at Deloitte and ABN AMRO. Pieter’s expertise lies in auditing companies in various sectors of the economy and specialises in the financial services sector. Pieter’s skill set includes strong practices of accounting and external audit, taxation, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and IFRS for SMEs, Dutch GAAP and International Standards on Auditing (ISA). He enjoys running and outdoor activities. He is married with 2 children.

Anton Grevengoed is the Sales Manager at Kula, responsible for attracting new clients and partners
and contributing to the company’s continued growth. With years of experience as a sales manager in
the accounting and financial sectors, he knows better than anyone how to build strong relationships
and foster sustainable collaborations. With a background in business administration, Anton combines
strategic insight with a genuine passion for client relationships. He believes in the power of connection
and enjoys working alongside clients and partners to create success for everyone. In his free time,
Anton loves the outdoors, nature, and long walks. He also enjoys the good life and spending time with
his wife, Hanneke, and their two daughters.

People & Culture Manager

After completing her bachelor’s in International Hospitality Management and working for several years in the hospitality industry organizing events, Lotte transitioned her career to Human Resources. Lotte works as an HR Specialist at Kula and ensures that all new employees at Kula who are emigrating to the Netherlands receive a smooth landing. Outside of work, Lotte enjoys sports, cooking, and traveling.
