Our management team
Parfait is Co-founder & Head of Operations at Kula. Prior to starting Kula he worked in variable workforce and outsourcing delivery functions. Parfait has practised in audit and advisory in both the United States and South Africa. Parfait completed his post-graduate studies in Accounting with the University of South Africa.
Mennolt is the Co-founder and Managing Partner at Kula. Prior to starting Kula, Mennolt was a managing partner at Deloitte and a member of the Deloitte North West Europe Executive Committee. Mennolt holds a post graduate degree in Accounting from VU University and is a Chartered Accountant/RA.
Francois is a Co-founder and strategic/finance advisor at Kula. Prior to Kula, he worked in the audit and assurance field in Cape Town, New York and Amsterdam. Upon leaving the audit industry, he continued his career as a business controller. Francois has completed his post-graduate studies at University of South Africa and is a Chartered Accountant.
